American Legion Post 403 is home of the Veterans Reception Center in Van Meter. This non-profit 501 (c) (19) Veterans’ organization is proud to serve the families of all Veterans utilizing the Iowa State Veterans Cemetery near Van Meter by providing a venue to veteran families wishing to gather after the Committal Services.
